一种新风净化热回收机的设计及性能测试

摘要 由于空气污染日益加剧,室内空气污染指数超标。良好的通风是提高室内空气品质的有效途径。新风净化热回收机能为室内提供足够的新风,同时改善室内空气质量,降低各种有害物的浓度,达到良好的净化效果。热交换芯体能够回收室外余热,以此来降低空调的电能消耗。为了满足室内环境对新风的要求,提出了一种新风净化热回收的方案,包含2种运行模式及3种工作状态。在实验室内分别测试了新风净化热回收机的热交换性能、一次过滤效率、整机过滤效率及噪声。实验结果表明,机组能够有效解决室内空气污染问题并降低能耗,符合人们对节能和空气品质的需求。 Following the intensifying of the air pollution,the indoor air pollution index exceeded.Good ventilation is an effective way to improve indoor air quality.Fresh air purification and heat recovery machine can provide adequate indoor fresh air,improve indoor air quality,reduce the concentration of harmful substances,and achieve good purification effect.The heat exchange core can be used to recover the waste heat from outdoor to reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioner.In order to meet the requirements of indoor environment for fresh air,a new heat recovery scheme for fresh air is proposed,which includes two operation modes and three working states.The heat exchange performance,primary filtration efficiency,filtration efficiency and noise of fresh air heat recovery machine were tested in the laboratory.The experimental results show that the unit can effectively solve indoor air pollution problems and reduce energy consumption,in line with people’s demand for energy conservation and air quality.
