Application of LID in Green Buildings in Hunan

在我国不断推进海绵城市建设的背景下,将低影响开发的雨洪管理理念与城市绿色建筑设计手法结合,是推进低影响开发技术实施的重点之一。结合湖南地区绿色建筑LID技术实施难点,应用LID技术对湖南地区绿色建筑进行适建性评价,探索出LID技术在绿色建筑的屋顶花园、透水铺装、植被草沟等设计要素中的应用策略,研究结果能够为我国LID技术在绿色建筑雨洪管理应用与实践提供理论和技术基础。

Under the background of constantly promoting sponge city in China,combining the concept of rainwater management with Low Impact Development and green building design in the south is one of the key points to promote the Low Impact Development technology.Combined with the green building LID technology implementation difficulties of the Hunan region,the paper applies LID technology to analyze the green building construction in the Hunan,and explores the application strategies of the design elements,such as roof garden,pervious pavement,vegetation ditch.The application strategy and research results can provide theoretical and technical basis for the application and practice of LID technology in rainwater management for green building.
