摘要
采用工频水泵的高落差空调试验室的冷却水系统。因测试工况的多变经常导致水量供应过大或者不足,造成能源浪费或者影响空调测试效果,通过对水泵变频控制方法的分析,选用恒压差控制法,可以更简单、有效地控制冷却水流量,经过实验数据对比分析,取得了一定的节能效果,对于同类项目具有一定的参考价值。
The cooling water system of air conditioning test chamber adopts high drop frequency pump,water supply often leads to the excessive or the insufficient due to the test conditions changing,resulting in energy waste or the effect of air conditioner test results.The cooling water flow can be effectively controlled,through the design of variable frequency constant pressure on the pump.The certain effect is obtained by the comparative analysis of experimental data,proposing certain reference value for similar projects.
