不同温度盐度下TBBPA对拟长腹剑水蚤的毒性效应 被引量:2

摘要 四溴双酚A(TBBPA)作为一种被广泛使用的溴代阻燃剂,是海洋环境中主要的有机污染物之一。在海洋污染检测和风险评估中,桡足类作为海洋生态系统中的关键环节被认为是理想的受试生物。实验以拟长腹剑水蚤(Oithonasimilis)作为受试生物,探讨了温度和盐度影响下TBBPA对拟长腹剑水蚤的毒性效应。实验测得TBBPA对拟长腹剑水蚤48h-LC50=3.106mg·L^(-1)。设定温度梯度10、20、30℃和盐度梯度10、20、30,拟长腹剑水蚤暴露在2.485、3.106、3.883mg·L^(-1) TBBPA中48h,死亡率均会随着温度升高和盐度降低而上升。慢性毒性实验结果显示,在15、20、25℃,盐度10、20、30条件下,拟长腹剑水蚤暴露在0.031和0.310mg·L^(-1) TBBPA中,存活率和孵化率没有显著变化(P>0.05),温度盐度改变,TBBPA对其影响也不显著(P>0.05);而0.031和0.310mg·L^(-1) TBBPA对发育时间(无节幼虫到桡足类幼体﹑桡足幼体到成体﹑第一只挂卵雌体的出现)和产卵间隔的影响显著(P<0.05),改变温度和盐度,TBBPA的毒性效应也会相应改变;TBBPA对产卵量的影响会随温度的变化而变化,但盐度并没有引起显著变化(P>0.05)。 As a widely used brominated flame retardant,Tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA)was one of the main pollution in marine environment.In the monitoring and risk assessment of the Marine pollution,copepod seen as the ideal subjects because of its important status in marine ecology system.In experiment,Oithona similis as the subjects,discussed the effect of TBBPA on O.Similis under different temperature and salinity.The 48 h-LC 50 of TBBPA effect on copepod was 3.106 mg·L-1.The 48 h acute toxicity experiment shown,under the temperature 10,20,30 and salinity 10,20,30,the mortality of O.Similis was increasing with the increasing of temperature and the decreasing of salinity when expose to 2.485,3.106,3.883 mg/L TBBPA.Chronic toxicity experiment results shown:under the temperature 15,20,25℃and salinity 10,20,30,the hatching rate and mortality of O.Similis had no significant difference exposed to 0.031and 0.310 mg·L-1 TBBPA.Temperature and salinity changing did not affect hatching rate and mortality of O.Similis.But the toxic effect that the development time and spawning interval were affected significantly by TBBPA changed with temperature and salinity.The egg reproduction was increasing expose to TBBPA,change temperature,the response of egg reproduction was change,but salinity was not affect it.
