摘要
以亚磷酸和二乙醇胺合成阻燃剂得到自制阻燃剂,并采用自制阻燃剂对棉织物进行阻燃整理,确定自制阻燃剂的最佳用量为200g/L,并比较复配一定浓度的无机混合物得到复配阻燃剂对棉织物进行阻燃整理,确定了最佳阻燃工艺。结果表明:复配阻燃剂的阻燃效果比自制阻燃剂的阻燃效果更好,且复配最佳用量为自制阻燃剂200 g/L,无机混合物30 g/L,130℃烘干300s,整理的棉织物损毁长度最小,续燃时间为0s,阴燃时间为0s,达到了GB/T 5455-1997 B1级标准。
The self-made flame retardant was synthesized from phosphorous acid and diethanolamine.Cotton fabrics were finished by self-made flame retardant.The optimal concentration was obtained:flame retardant 200g/L.And cotton fabrics were finished by compound flame retardant.The influence of compound contentration,drying temperature and time on the flame retardant results were investigated,and the optimal process was determined.The results showed that the cotton fabric treated with 200 g/L of self-made retardant,30 g/L of inorganic mixture and drying at 130℃for 300s have good flame retardancy.And the damage length was the minimum.Both of after-flame time and afterglow time was 0s,which reached B1 level of GB/T 5455-1997 standard.
