紫外分光光度法测定桃金娘果油脂中熊果酸的含量 被引量:3

摘要 建立测定桃金娘果油脂中熊果酸含量的方法。香草醛乙酸溶液和高氯酸为显色体系,采用紫外分光光度法,在最大波长吸光度546 nm下测定熊果酸的含量。结果表明熊果酸质量在10~100μg范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为:y=0.0107x+0.101(R^2=0.9990)。实验方法简便可靠,精密性好、回收率高,适用于桃金娘果油脂中熊果酸含量的测定。 A method for determination of ursolic acid in myrtle oil was established.The content of ursolic acid was determined by uv spectrophotometry at the maximum wavelength of 546nm,the vanillin acetic acid and perchloric acid as chromogenic system.The results showed that the quality of ursolic acid was in a good linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 10~100μg,the linear regression equation was y=0.0107x+0.101(R 2=0.9990),The method was simple and reliable,with high precision and high recovery rate.This method is simple and reliable,good precision,high recovery rate,and is suitable for determining the content of ursolic acid in Myrtle fruit oil.
