摘要
培养德才兼备的应用型食品质量与安全管理人才是高校的任务之一,也是社会平民大众对高校培育机构的期望与渴求。为满足社会这一需求,高校首先需深刻认识到职业道德教育对培养食品质量与安全管理应用型人才的重要性;接着积极地探索职业道德教育的实现路径,包括课堂育人,校园文化育人,实践实习育人等途径,目的是为社会培育德智体全面发展的食品安全管理人才。
The cultivation of applied talants with both morality and ability of food quality and safety management is one duty of colleges and universities,and is also the expectation and desire of the common people to the institutions of higher learning.In order to meet these needs of the society,firstly,colleges and universities should deeply realize the importance of professional ethics education in the cultivation of applied talents in food quality and safety management,then actively explore the professional ways of ethics education,including classroom education,campus culture education,practical practices etc for the purpose to cultivate the talants with moral,intellectual and physical comprehensive development for meeting the social needs.
