聚丙烯酸酯废水处理工程实践

Practice of Polyacrylate Wastewater Treatment Project

石油化工企业的污废水多采用微生物处理方法,而含有聚丙烯酸酯的废水中因聚丙烯酸酯的相对分子质量大,生物接触氧化作用及其有限,甚至存在负面影响,必须经过预处理将高分子化合物去除。本文主要介绍聚丙烯酸酯废水的混凝沉淀预处理工程设计及运行结果。工程实践表明,本工艺设计能够有效地处理含有聚丙烯酸酯的废水,达到设计要求。

In the petrochemical industry,the wastewater is mostly treated by microorganisms.However,due to polyacrylate wastewater which contains large molecular weight,biological contact oxidation method does not work,and even negative impact,it must be pretreated to remove the polymer compound.This paper introduces the practice of Polyacrylate wastewater treatment project.Engineering practice shows that the process design can effectively deal with polyacrylate wastewater and meet the design requirements.
