基于“辅导员深度发展中心”的辅导员职业能力提升研究

辅导员是高校大学生思想政治工作的一线工作人员,是大学生成长成才的人生导师、学习生活的良师益友、职业规划的战略导师。但是,现实中各种因素的出现阻碍了高校辅导员职业能力的发展与提升,为了进一步提升高校大学生思想政治教育的效果与水平,需要以"辅导员深度发展中心"为平台,不断提升高校辅导员的职业能力。本文以辅导员的职业能力提升为研究主题,创新性提出了"辅导员深度发展中心"的构建,基于"辅导员深度发展中心"对于辅导员职业能力的大力提升,定会提高大学生思想政治教育的质量,为国家培养出更多优秀的青年人才。

College students as an important part of China's talent strategy,to make the students become the qualified builders of China's socialist cause and reliable successors,colleges and universities must adapt to the needs of the new situation of the Rucker tree people,continue to strengthen college students'Ideological and political guidance,cultivate the ability outstanding,firm,love the motherland,loyal to the people have only the youth force.However,in the process of practical training of college students in the reality,with the development of society,the world multi polarization,economic globalization and cultural diversification deepening,various ideologies continue to impact college students'Outlook on life,world outlook and values,have all kinds of problems and difficulties,which plagued the counselors the group,but also the impact and challenge of Ideological and political education of contemporary college students.In this paper,to enhance the ability of counselors occupation as the research subject,proposes innovative"build the depth development center",based on"counselor depth development center"to enhance the ability of counselors to occupation,will improve the quality of Ideological and political education,to cultivate more excellent talents for national youth.
