摘要 在生物-心理-社会现代医学模式下提高医学生人文素养已成共识。然而,临床医学专业是一门实践性很强的应用科学,如何在医疗实践中践行人文关怀,培养人文精神,尚需探索。从临床神经病学研究生处理医患关系时的困惑以及对人文教育和生物-心理-社会现代医学模式的认识入手,在思想政治教育和医疗实践相结合的引领下,以卒中后抑郁的心理干预作为切入点,以建立良好医患关系作为关键环节,是提升临床神经病学研究生人文素养的有效途径。 In the biologic-psycho-social modern medical mode,it has become a consensus to improve the humanistic quality of medical students.However,clinical medicine is a practical and applied science.How to practice humanistic care and cultivate humanistic spirit in medical practice is still to be explored.Starting with the confusion of the clinical neurology graduate students in dealing with the doctor-patient relationship and the understanding of the humanistic education and the biologic-psycho-social modern medical model,under the guidance of the combination of Ideological and political education and medical practice,taking the psychological intervention of post-stroke depression as the breakthrough point,establishing a good doctor-patient relationship as a key link is an effective way to improve humanistic quality of clinical neurology graduate students.
