Role of Vocational Education in Process of Popularization of Higher Education:Experience and Enlightenment of United States and Germany

职业教育在高等教育大众化进程中充当了主力军的角色,国家把职业教育作为经济社会发展的重点,把高等职业教育放在了突出的地位。美国、德国的经验无一例外都是通过大力发展高等职业教育,扩充高等教育的数量。本文采用比较研究的方法,对美国、德国在高等教育大众化进程的具体实践进行了系统比较研究,结合中国的国情和具体实践,旨在促进我国高等教育不断发展。

Higher vocational education plays a main force role in the process of popularization of higher education.Our country takes vocational education as the focus of national economic and social development,and higher vocational education is on a prominent position.In the process of popularization of higher education in the United States and Germany,almost without exception is to expand the number of higher education by vigorously developing higher vocational education.This paper studies the specific practice of the popularization process of higher education in the US and Germany systematic by means of comparative study.Combined with China's national conditions and specific practice,it aims at promoting the continuous development of higher education in China.
