夜戴型角膜塑形镜对青少年近视的矫治效果

The corrective effect of night-wear orthokeratological lens in the treatment of juvenile myopia

目的观察夜戴型角膜塑形镜对青少年近视的矫治效果。方法选取青少年近视患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用框架眼镜矫治,观察组采用夜戴型角膜塑形镜矫治,比较两组矫治效果及对角膜内皮细胞的影响。结果两组试戴后1 d和3个月的裸眼视力、屈光度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组试戴后3个月的角膜曲率低于对照组(P<0.05),3个月后角膜曲率变化趋于平稳;观察组矫治后6个月和12个月的裸眼视力高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组矫治后6个月和12个月的屈光度低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组试戴后1 d、3个月、6个月及12个月的眼轴长度、角膜内皮细胞密度和中央厚度与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组矫治后的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论青少年近视患者采用夜戴型角膜塑形镜矫治效果比较理想,对角膜内皮细胞的影响相对较小,能有效地控制近视进一步发展,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the corrective effect of night-wear orthokeratological lens in the treatment of juvenile myopia.Methods A total of 90 myopia patients in author's hospital were selected as samples who are randomly allocated into two groups:observation group and control group which the fomer worn orthokeratology lens,and the latter worn frame glass.Two groups were observed with the curative effect and the changes of corneal endothelial cell after a certain period.Results There was no significant difference between two groups after wearing one day or three months(P>0.05).After 3 months,the corneal curvature of the formor was lower than the latter,but leveled off after then.The visual acuity of the former was higher than the latter after 6 months and 12 months(P<0.05),but the diopter was lower(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the axial length,the density of corneal endothelial cell and the central thickness of the cornea after 3 months,6 months and 12 months(P>0.05).The complication incidence of the former was lower than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of orthokeratology treatment of juvenile myopia is optimal.Compared with frame glasses,the orthokeratology lens can significantly reduce the increase in myopia,and effectively control elongation of the ocular axial,control myopia worsened.
