摘要
为优化筛选出一株或几株适合该生物饲料配方的芽孢杆菌,并完善生物饲料的制作过程,本研究根据地衣芽孢杆菌BL13、地衣芽孢杆菌BL20、地衣芽孢杆菌BL53、地衣芽孢杆菌BL47、地衣芽孢杆菌BL49、枯草芽孢杆菌AN、枯草芽孢杆菌GY、枯草芽孢杆菌10089和枯草芽孢杆菌10090设计了9组试验(含对照组,其中枯草芽孢杆菌10089和枯草芽孢杆菌10090为一组,比例为1:1),将糖渣23%、喷浆玉米皮11%、胚芽粕42%、谷氨酸渣2%、糖蜜2%、水20%作为培养基,接种0.6%戊糖片球菌(10)-1、0.4%酿酒酵母,1.0%芽孢杆菌,28℃恒温发酵4~6 d。经试验,最终开发出一种含有2.0%乳酸、20.7%粗蛋白质、4.3%粗纤维、3.1%灰分、6.6 lg CFU/m L乳酸菌、7.5 lg CFU/m L酵母菌、7.0lg CFU/m L芽孢杆菌的生物饲料。
Objective:This paper was conducted to screening out one or several biological feed,and improving the production process of biological feed.Methods:In this study,nine experiments were carried out basing on Bacillus Licheniformis BL13,Bacillus Licheniformis BL20,Bacillus Licheniformis BL53,Bacillus Licheniformis BL47,Bacillus Licheniformis BL49,Bacillus subtilis AN,Bacillus subtilis GY,Bacillus subtilis 10089,Bacillus subtilis 10090(Including control group.Among them,Bacillus subtilis 10089 and Bacillus subtilis 10090 were a group,the ratio was 1:1).The medium consisted of 23%sugar residue,23%corn husk of spray,42%germ meal,2%glutamic acid residue,2%molasses and 20%water.The amount of inoculation was 0.6%pediococcus pentosaceus(10)-1,0.4%saccharomyces cerevisiae and 1.0%bacillus.The temperature was 28℃.The fermentation period was 4~6 days.Result:Finally,a biological feed containing 2.0%lactic acid 20.7%crude protein,4.3%crude fiber,3.1%ash,6.6 Log CFU/mL Lactic acid bacteria,7.5 Log CFU/mL saccharomyces,7.0 Log CFU/mL bacillus was developed.Conclusion:A high-lactic acid,high-protein and low-fiber biological feed was obtained.
