代课教师生存状态研究:现状与趋势

Study on the Survival Status of Substitute Teachers:Current Situation and Trend

学界已有关于代课教师生存状态的研究主要从职业认同、成本—收益和政策管理三个视角展开,但这些研究大多关注教师生存状态的表面状况,对教师生存状态不乐观的背后原因探讨不足,也未能结合国家社会制度变迁背景进行考察。未来关于代课教师的研究应纳入结构视角,分析代课教师生存现状的结构性因素,以质性研究的形式对代课教师进行深度访谈,这或许是未来相关研究可以开拓的一个方向。

There have been studies on the survival status of the substitute teachers in the fields of professional identity,cost-benefit,and policy management and so on.However,most studies just focus on the surface of teachers'survival status,and the reasons for their unsatisfied survival status are not fully discussed.Meanwhile,the studies fail to combine themselves with the change in the country’s social system.In the future,elements like the perspective of structure,analysis of the structural factors of current survival status of substitute teachers,and in-depth interviews with the substitute teachers conducted in the form of qualitative research should be included in the researches on substitute teachers,which may be a direction for future research to be explored.
