摘要
单声道时差式超声流量计是流量测量重要仪器之一,其声道结构直接影响流量计测量准确性。该文从流量计基本工作原理入手,分析流量测量性能影响因素,对平面内管内反射式、平面内管壁反射式、正三角投影的立体空间3种代表性单声道类型结构与性能特点进行对比,指出通过增加反射次数来增长声道长度是单声道结构发展的普遍手段,而立体空间声道结构可灵活多变,且性能优越性好,是声道结构发展的重要方向。
Single path transit-tim e ultrasonic flowmeter is an important instrument to measure flow,whose path structure has a direct impact on the measurement accuracy.Based on the basic working principle of transit-tim e flowmeter,the influencing factors of flow measurement performance are analyzed.Then,the structure and performance characteristics of three typical types’path structures,including 2 D reflector-in-pipe path,2D reflector-on-pipe path and 3D triangular-projection path,are comparative studied.It is pointed out that increasing the path length by increasing the number of reflections is a common method for the development of single-path structures,and 3D path structure is flexible and with good perform ance,would be an important direction for the development of path structure.
