摘要
基于GJB 1179——1991《高速和低速风洞流场品质规范》和探针自动跟踪系统的具体特点和应用环境,该文阐述平面叶栅试验器探针自动跟踪测量系统的组成和工作原理,分析在流场测量中气流角度测量不确定度的影响因素。结合叶栅流场实测数据,阐述使用探针自动对向测量叶栅气流角度不确定度评定方法和步骤,并提出减小不确定度和叶栅流场精细化测量的相关措施。结果表明:自动对向测量在实际应用中优势明显,测量气流角度不确定度评定可为流场精细化测量提供数据参考。
According to the GJB 1179----1991 specification for flow quality of high and low speed wind tunnels and combined with the specific characteristics and application environment of probe the automatic tracking system,the configuration and working principle of the probe tracking automatic&measurement system of plane cascade tester were described hereby to analyze influence the factors of airflow angle measurement uncertainty in flow field.Based on the data measured of cascade flow field,the method and the steps of evaluating uncertainty of the airflow by angle using probe were described,and relevant measures were proposed to reduce the uncertainty enhance and refined measurement of the flow field of cascade.Test results show that the tracking automatic measurement in actual application has obvious advantages and the evaluation of of uncertainty airflow angle measurement provides data reference for precise measurement of flow field.
