Research on the Identity of College Students Company Officials in 150 Regiment of the Corps's Eighth Division

大学生连官是国家大学生村官计划在新疆生产建设兵团的实践。大学生连官建立身份认同,在连队中找到归属感,从而自觉投入兵团事业是目前亟需关注的重要问题之一。从认知维度、情感维度、行为维度三个维度来考量大学生连官的自我身份认同,从职业身份认同、地域身份认同、集体身份认同三方面来考察大学生连官的社会身份认同,审思当前兵团大学生连官身份认同状况,并从兵团、连队和大学生连官自身三个方面提出增进兵团大学生连官身份认同的路径。

The policy of college students company officials is the practice of the national plan on college student village officials in XPCC(Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps).One of the most important issues to be concerned at present is for the college students company officials to establish identity,seek out a sense of belonging in the company,and consciously devote themselves to the career of Corps.This essay considers the personal identity of the college students company officials from such aspects as cognitive dimension,emotional dimension,behavior dimension,and investigates the social identity of the college students company officials from three factors as professional identity,regional identity,collective identity.Reflecting on the current situation about the identity of college students company officials in XPCC,we can put forward such suggestions to enhance their identity from three aspects as Corps,company,the college students company officials themselves.
