饮食护理干预对肝硬化患者并发症发生率的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of dietary nursing intervention on the incidence of complications in patients with liver cirrhosis

目的分析饮食护理干预对肝硬化患者并发症的影响。方法选取我院收治的288例肝硬患者进行研究,随机分成2组各144例,对照组采用保肝和抗感染、控制并发症类药物进行基础治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加强饮食护理干预。监测2组患者是否出现出血、肝硬化腹水、肝性脑病以及继发性感染等相关并发症症状。结果对照组患者并发症发生率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肝硬化患者采取饮食护理干预既能够降低并发症发生率,从而改善疗效,又能够帮助患者养成合理的饮食习惯,建议在临床中广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of dietary intervention on the incidence of complications in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods In our hospital 288 cases of patients suffering from liver cirrhosis patients were studied.The selected patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,144 patients in the observation group,144 patients in the control group,the control group of patients with liver protection and anti infection,control of complications of drugs for basic treatment,the observation group of patients based on the control group with the same foundation the way to strengthen the diet nursing intervention treatment.The symptoms of complications such as bleeding,cirrhotic ascites,hepatic encephalopathy,and secondary infection were monitored in the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically si gnificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diet nursing intervention for patients with cirrhosis can not only reduce the risk of complications,but also improve the efficacy of patients with cirrhosis,and help patients develop reasonable dietary habits.It is recommended that they be widely applied in clinical practice.
