改良使用凡士林纱块在基层医院气管切开护理中的应用研究

Improved use vaseline gauze piece of the application of tracheotomy in grass-roots hospital nursing research

目的分析基层医院气管切开患者使用改良凡士林纱块的效果。方法选取2016年6月—2017年10月我院神经外科收治的气管切开患者60例,按照护理模式的不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用普通气管切开纱布进行换药,观察组采用"Y"形凡士林纱块进行气管切开换药,对比2组护理效果。结果观察组发生红肿1例,皮疹0例,糜烂0例;对照组发生红肿9例,皮疹8例,糜烂6例,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组伤口愈合时间(8.03±1.04)d,呼吸道感染发生1例,护理满意度(95.93±3.76)分;对照组伤口愈合时间(11.43±3.65)d,呼吸道感染发生8例,护理满意度(89.62±1.98)分,组间对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良凡士林纱块应用于气管切开患者中可以减少气管周围皮肤不良反应,减少下呼吸道感染发生,提升患者临床护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective to analyze the nursing effect and application value of modified vaseline gauze in the tracheotomy of primary hospital.Methods retrospective selection in June 2016 to October 2017,our hospital neurosurgery patients cut pipe cutting 60 cases,according to the different nursing mode is divided into observation group and control group,control group with common tube gauze dressing,observation group with"Y"type of vaseline gauze piece of tracheotomy dressing,compared two groups of nursing effect.Results 1 case of erythema in the observation group,0 cases of skin rash,0 cases of erosion,9 cases of erythema in the control group,8 cases of skin rash,and 6 cases of erosion,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group wound healing time(8.03±1.04)d,1 case of respiratory tract infection,nursing satisfaction(95.93±3.76),In the control group,there were 8 cases of respiratory infection and 8 cases of nursing satisfaction(89.62 plus or minus 1.98),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improvement of vaseline gauze piece of application in the basic-level hospitals tracheostomy can reduce airway surrounding skin reactions,reduce lower respiratory infection,improve clinical nursing satisfaction,is worth popularizing in clinical application.
