人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折围术期护理效果分析

Analysis of nursing effect of artificial femoral head replacement in treatment of senile femoral neck fracture

目的探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折患者围术期护理效果。方法在我院2015年8月—2017年8月期间行人工股骨头置换术治疗的老年股骨颈骨折患者中随机抽取80例作为研究对象,根据患者自愿原则分为2组,对照组40例患者给予常规护理,观察组40例患者给予综合护理干预,对比2组护理满意度和并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为95.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行人工骨头置换术的老年股骨颈骨折患者应用护理干预的效果明显优于常规护理,还可以改善护患关系,使得患者的康复效果更佳,值得推荐。

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing effect of artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture.Methods Using mathematical sampling method,the patients randomLy selected 80 cases as the research sample of elderly femoral neck treatment of artificial femoral head replacement in our hospital during Aμgust 2015 to Aμgust 2017 of the fracture,and according to the patient's voluntary will be grouped in 80 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture,one of the routine nursing group and 40 patients were given another 40.Patients were given comprehensive nursing intervention,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Results The patients were successfully completed the operation of two groups of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture,but the nursing effect has certain difference compared with the control group,satisfaction of patients in observation group was 95%,significantly higher than 70%in the control group,differences between the two groups;after the operation of femoral neck fractures in the elderly patients with complications were 5%(observation group)and 27.50%(control group),the results were statistically processed:P<0.05.Conclusion The effect is better than the routine nursing effect of nursing intervention on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated with artificial hip arthroplasty,not only can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients,but also can improve the relationship between nurses and patients,the better the rehabilitation effect of patients,worthy of recommendation.
