分层次护理管理对循环内科护理质量的影响研究

Study the effect of stratified nursing management on the quality of circulating internal medicine

目的研究分层次护理管理对循环内科护理质量的影响。方法我院循环内科共有50名护理工作人员,将2013年7月—2014年6月作为对照阶段,采用常规护理方法进行管理;将2014年7月—2015年6月作为观察阶段,采用护士分层次管理方式进行管理。比较分析两个阶段的护理质量评分,医生、患者满意度情况。结果观察阶段各项护理质量评分、医生和患者满意度均高于对照阶段,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层次护理管理可显著提高循环内科护理质量,同时可提升医生对护理配合及患者对护理服务的满意度,是一种科学有效的管理方式,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective Study the effect of stratified nursingmanagement on the nursing quality of circulatory medicine.Methods Our circulation internal medicine with a total of 50 nursing staff,will be in July 2013 to June 2014 as control phase,manage the conventional nursing methods,will be in July 2014 to June 2015 as observation stage,adopt the nurse hierarchical approach to management.compare the nursing quality score of the two stages,the doctor,the patient satisfaction.Results The nursing quality score and total score were higher in the observation stage than in the control stage,the satisfaction rate of doctors and patients was higher than that in the control stage,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Layer nursing management can significantly improve the quality of circulation medical care,while increasing the doctor of nursing and patients satisfaction of nursing service quality,is a scientific and effectivemanagementmethods,has higher application value.
