强脉冲光治疗雀斑的美容修复护理效果观察

Observation on the effect of beauty repair of freckles treated with pulsed light

目的探讨强脉冲光治疗雀斑的美容修复护理效果。方法将2015年2月—2017年2月收治的182例雀斑患者作为观察对象,随机分为2组,单纯进行强脉冲光治疗的91例患者为对照组,在强脉冲光治疗基础上进行美容修复护理的91例患者为观察组。对2组患者皮损改善情况进行观察。结果对照组患者皮损改善总有效率为91.20%,观察组患者皮损改善总有效率为96.70%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论强脉冲光治疗雀斑的临床效果十分明显,同时给予美容修复护理可以加快雀斑消退速度,提高皮损修复率。

Objective To explore the effect of intense pulsed light on the rehabilitation of freckles.Methods A total of 91 patients who were treated with intense pulsed light were randomly selected as the control group.The patients were divided into two groups:the control group,the control group,the control group,the control group,the control group,91 patients who underwent cosmetic repair on the basis of intense pulsed light therapy were named observation group.Finally,the improvement of skin lesions was observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate of skin lesions was 91.20%in 91 patients treated with intense pulsed light alone.The total effective rate of skin lesions was 96.70%in 91 patients who underwent cosmetic repair on the basis of intense pulsed light therapy%.Conclusion The clinical effect of high pulse light treatment of freckles is very obvious,but if you want to better help patients to repair damaged skin,to enhance the freckle rate of recovery,but also in the strong pulse on the basis of treatment of patients with cosmetic repair care.
