The young faculty are not only the main teaching staff but also the major force of teaching quality assurance at colleges and universities,so their teaching improvement is the most fundamental measure of teaching quality assurance.Self-development and college promotion are the two means for young teachers to improve their teaching.Therefore,in order to boost their teaching development,young faculty should enhance the consciousness of teaching development,enrich the teaching knowledge,improve teaching ability,and conduct teaching reflection and teaching research.Schools should improve the teaching development system,build and perfect teaching development agencies,promote teaching projects and enhance teaching training.
