Discussion on three Educational Models of Academies at Chinese Universities

摘要 书院不只是住宿的生活空间,更应是集生活、教育、文化功能于一体的复合空间。随着我国大学书院的建设和发展,各高校普遍重视书院教育功能的发挥,在书院中植入导师制、通识教育、生活和养成教育等三类教育元素。根据书院对三类教育要素建设侧重的不同,可将我国大学书院分为精英教育模式、通识教育模式和生活教育模式。通过对三种书院教育模式特点的分析可以得知,尽管每种模式的书院面临的问题不尽相同,但都是校本化的有益探索,需要立足于学生的成长与发展。为更好地发挥书院的教育功能,需要科学设计书院教育方案、协调好书院与学院教育的关系,注重书院的文化建设。 An academy is not only an accommodation place,but also a complex space with living,educational and cultural functions.With the construction and development of the Chinese Academy,every university attaches great importance to its educational function,and implants in the Academy three kinds of educational elements,including the tutor system,general education,and formative education.According to the different emphasis of these three educational elements,the educational models at the Chinese Academy can be classified as follows:the elite education model,the general education model and the life education model.Through the analysis of the characteristics of these models,this paper points out that although the problems faced by each mode are different,they are all useful exploration for school-based education,and need to be based on the growth and development of students.In order to give full play to the educational function of the Academy,it is necessary to design a scientific education program,coordinate the relationship between the Academy and the college education,and pay attention to the cultural construction at the Academy.
