基于OA平台设计与应用的实验室信息管理系统

Design and application of OA-based information management of laboratory

为解决传统实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)在开发和应用中存在业务流程固化缺乏灵活性、功能繁琐缺乏针对性、不易与其它系统集成、以及开发经费高昂等问题,设计了基于协同办公系统(OA)的实验室信息管理系统。系统基于B/S体系架构,利用协同系统的流程化管理功能,辅以数据调用、处理和查询,并通过与其他系统集成,构建起具有较强可操作性的实验室信息管理系统。应用效果表明,该系统提高了实验室信息管理系统的灵活性、适用性和针对性,节约了开发维护经费和周期,以低成本实现了实验室信息管理系统的个性化定制要求,为企业实验室实现信息化管理提供了一种有效解决办法。

To solve the problems in traditional LIMS,such as lack of flexibility,hard to integrate with other systems and high price,a new LIMS based on OA was designed and applied.With the architecture based on B/S system,the new LIMS established a strong operability model,taking advantage of the flow management function in OA,meanwhile with the help of the data processing and integrating with other systems.The results of application showed that the new LIMS improved the flexibility,applicability and pertinence of LIMS,which saved development and maintenance funds,accomplished the personalized customization service with lower costs,which is another effective choice for enterprise la?boratory to achieve information management.
