学生参与开放性化学实验室管理模式研究

Study on student participation in open chemical laboratory management pattern

开放性实验室的建设,对深化教育改革、培养高素质创新型人才、全面推进素质教育具有十分重要的意义,因此北京科技大学将化学实验室面向全校学生开放。针对高校开放性化学实验室的管理工作,分析实验室所面临的问题及改革的必要性,提出"学生参与、教师指导,成立化学科研课题组"的新型实验室管理模式,这种管理模式不仅进一步增加了实验室的开放程度,还提高了学生自己动手自主创新的能力,提高了工作效率,同时还弥补了实验教师人员不足的问题,使开放性实验室的运转更加流畅。

The construction of open laboratory is very important to deepen the education reform,cultivate high-quality innovative talents,promote quality-oriented education,therefore,the school opened the chemistry lab to all students.For the open chemical laboratory management work in colleges and universities,the problems and necessary reforms of the laboratory were in-depth analysis,new laboratory management pattern of“student participation,teachers’guidance,establish the chemical research group”was put forward.This management mode is not only further increase the chemistry lab's openness,foster students’ability to make a start and the endogenous innovation capability,improve the working efficiency,but also offset the shortage of teachers’staff,and make the open lab run more smoothly.
