检测实验室的安全隐患较多,其中主要来自化学方面的风险。通过对检测实验室的化学因素进行风险识别,认为化学风险主要来自于化学品、受理样品、实验室气体。提出根据化学品的性质进行分类存储,建议按量出为入原则、信息化原则、采购与使用相分离的原则进行化学品采购,做好废旧化学试剂的处理等;对受理样品进行危险性辨别,对需管控的样品进行特殊处置并加强样品流转过程的管理和控制;对实验室气体进行分类管理,以保障用气安全等。

There are many safety hazards in testing laboratory,mainly from the chemical risk.The chemical risk factors are identified in testing laboratory.The chemical risk is mainly due to chemicals,samples and laboratory gases.This paper presents the chemicals can be classified storage according to the nature of chemicals,and offer three proposals:procurement as required,purchasing informatization,separating procurement from use.Do well the treatment of waste chemical reagents and so on.Some risk factors are from accepted samples.The hazard samples must be special treated and strength?en the management and control of sample circulation.Laboratory gas should be classification manage?ment to ensure gas safety.
