经济社会发展与国家改革目标引领下,高等院校亟需顺应社会的人才需求变化和产业发展形势,着力推进教育教学改革、狠抓人才培养质量提升工作。通过分析改革背景下人才培养需要注重的几个典型特征,结合自身特色、立足使命要求,哈尔滨工程大学水声工程学院从人才培养思路、课程体系设置与授课模式调整、实践实训平台搭建、学生国际视野拓展与交流等几个方面不断探索和实践,推进教育教学改革、培育创新创业人才,成效显著,促进了学院建设全面发展。

At social development and national reform goal guidance direction,institutions of higher education need to comply with the demand of social talent change,strive to promote the teaching and education reform,improve the talent training quality.By analyzing several typical characteristics of talent education under the background of the reform in education,combining with its own characteristics,based on mission requirements,college began exploration and practice in cultivation concept,curricula system,practice platform,etc.,achieved remarkable results.
