卵巢癌循环肿瘤细胞的研究进展 被引量:3

Research progress of circulating tumor cells of ovarian cancer

摘要 卵巢癌是妇科常见的3大恶性肿瘤之一,其早期缺乏典型临床表现,晚期亦缺乏有效治疗手段,因此卵巢癌导致的患者死亡率位居妇科恶性肿瘤的首位。卵巢癌复发和转移,是导致该病患者死亡率高的主要原因,而循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)在肿瘤复发和转移中,起着重要作用。近年,对CTC在恶性肿瘤的早期诊断和预后评估方面的研究,已经成为本领域的研究热点。笔者拟对卵巢癌CTC的生物学特性、检测方法、鉴定方法及其临床应用的研究进展进行综述。 Ovarian cancer is one of the three most common malignant tumors in gynecology.The early stage of ovarian cancer is lack of typical clinical manifestations and advanced stage is also lack of effective treatments,so the mortality rate of ovarian cancer ranks first in gynecological malignancies.Recurrence and metastasis of tumorous led to a higher mortality rate in ovarian cancer,and circulating tumor cell(CTC)plays an important role in tumor recurrence and metastasis.In recent years,the discussion of CTC in the early diagnosis and prognosis assessment of malignant tumors has become a research hotspot.This paper reviews the research progress of biological characteristics,the detection and identification methods,clinical applications of CTC in ovarian cancer.
