摘要
示差扫描量热法、化学发光法和热重分析法在研究聚烯烃耐热氧化稳定性方面被广泛应用。介绍了上述三种方法分别采用的仪器及测定氧化诱导时间(OIT)的基本原理,综述了这些方法在测试OIT方面的研究进展。对于研究聚烯烃的耐热稳定性,不同的方法是可以互为补充的,而且最好在不同的温度区间多测试几个温度点下的OIT来综合判断材料的热氧稳定性。
Differential scanning calorimetry,chemiluminescence and thermogravimetric analysis are widely used in the study of heat oxidation stability of polyolefin.The paper reviews the basic principles of the instrument and the determination of oxidation induction time(OIT)for the above three methods,and summarizes the research progress of these methods in testing OIT.Different methods for studying the thermal stability of polyolefin can complement each other.It is better to test OIT at a few more points in different temperature range to comprehensively judge the thermal stability of materials.
