摘要
对于企业来说,员工是企业的内部顾客,企业的发展离不开员工,企业的利润需要靠员工来创造。论文用顾客让渡价值相关理论,分析了员工的让渡价值,并基于员工让渡价值理论提出了企业留住员工、保持员工满意、提升员工忠诚度的方法。
For enterprises,employees are internal customers of the enterprise.The development of the enterprise cannot do without employees,the profit of an enterprise needs to be created by employees.This paper analyzes the delivered value of employees by using customer delivered value theory,and puts forward the methods to retain employees,maintain employees'satisfaction and improve employees'loyalty based on the theory of employee transfer value.
