土木工程施工管理模式的发展和改进

Development and Improvement of Construction Management Model of Civil Engineering

随着我国经济的不断发展,我国工程施工技术水平随着现代化机械设备性能的提升有所提高。但土木工程施工过程中依旧存在着大量问题,施工质量得不到有效保障,因此加强施工质量控制越发重要。基于此,论文阐述了土木工程施工管理的简介,分析土木工程施工管理中存在的问题,探究土木工程施工管理模式的改进措施,以促进我国土木工程项目的发展。

With the continuous development of our country's economy,the technical level of construction in China has improved with the improvement of the performance of modern machinery and equipment.However,there are still a lot of problems in the process of civil engineering construction,and the quality of construction can not be effectively guaranteed.Therefore,this paper describes the introduction of civil engineering construction management,analyzes the existing problems in civil engineering construction management,explores the improvement measures of civil engineering construction management mode,so as to promote the development of civil engineering projects in China.
