对铁塔基层党建工作的思考

党建工作是国有企业的根和魂。作为新一轮国企改革下成立的中国铁塔公司,必须要始终坚持和加强党的全面领导,以党的政治建设为统领,充分发挥国有企业党建工作独特优势,充分发挥党委领导核心和政治核心、党支部战斗堡垒、党员先锋模范作用,为公司改革发展提供了坚强的政治、思想、组织保证。铁塔公司基层党建工作必须集约化管理,围绕中心、融入中心,深入开展基层组织建设,抓好结合,创新党建服务,形成强大合力[1]。
