The Influence of Guangzhou Metro's Multi-Payment Method on the Station Workload

论文以2017年广州地铁多元支付票务设备为背景,通过对云购票、机购票及TVM扫码购票方式与传统TVM现金购票方式对比,结合车站目前对于处理现金工作相关时长的计算,得出多元支付方式对车站票务业务的影响,并提出了多元支付方式下的硬件配置需求和车站人员服务理念转变的思路。

Based on the multi-payment ticket equipment of Guangzhou metro in 2017,the paper compares cloud purchase of ticket,machine ticket purchase,TVM scan code purchase mode and traditional TVM cash ticketing way,and combined with the time calculation of cash handling related at stations,it concludes the impact of multiple payment ways on station ticketing business,and puts forward the requirements of hardware configuration and the idea of changing the service concept of station personnel in the multi payment mode.
