摘要
论文系统分析了创新生态的科学重要性与其国内科学发展管理的现状,阐述了创新生态融入我国科技管理体系当中的优化管理等具体措施,为提高国家科技管理效率和产业创新能力提供了有力保障。
This paper analyzes the scientific importance of innovation ecological and its development and management situation in China,explores the optimization management measures for the integration of innovation ecological in Chinese science and technology management system,to provide assurance for the improvement of national science and technology management efficiency and the industry innovation ability.
