摘要
分析了液压挖掘机组成、工作原理及液压驱动系统。采用基于DSP芯片的控制系统和模糊自整定PID算法,实现了挖掘机工作装置自动控制。该控制系统具有较高的控制精度和良好的操纵性,提高了作业效率和施工精度,减轻了驾驶员的劳动强度。
The paper analyzes the composition,working principle and hydraulic driving system of hydraulic excavator.The automatic control of the excavator working device is realized by using the control system based on DSP chip and the fuzzy self-tuning PID algorithm,which has higher stability and accuracy.The operation efficiency and construction precision are improved,and the operation intensity of the driver is reduced.
