摘要
船舶建造过程中的薄板结构稳定,关系到船舶整体结构的完整性和船只航行过程中的安全,薄板变形的有效控制是造船行业内部密切关注的课题。论文阐述了产生薄板变形的主要原因,对生产过程中薄板变形的控制方案展开分析,并对各工艺阶段的控制措施进行总结,旨在提升船舶建造薄板焊接水平,为技术创新提供工艺参数和方案参考。
The stability of thin plate structure in the course of ship construction is related to the integrity of the whole structure and the safety of the ship during the course of navigation.The effective control of thin plate deformation is a subject of close concern in shipbuilding industry.In this paper,the main causes of thin plate deformation are described,and the control scheme of thin plate deformation in production process is analyzed.The control measures of each process stage are summarized in order to improve the welding level of shipbuilding thin plate and to provide technological parameters and scheme reference for technological innovation.
