摘要
以徐薯18为材料,通过浇灌不同浓度(0.6%、1.2%、1.8%)CaCl_2研究了盐胁迫下CaCl_2对甘薯幼苗叶片SOD和POD活性的影响,揭示植物在外源钙调控下的对盐害的生态响应机理,为作物抗盐性的遗传改良提供新的理论材料。试验结果表明:施加外源钙SOD和POD活性都增强,具体表现为添加1.2%CaCl_2>添加1.8%CaCl_2>添加0.6%CaCl_2。因此一定程度内施加外源钙可以缓解盐对植物的损伤。
The effects of CaCl2 on the activities of SOD and POD in sweet potato seedlings under salt stress were studied under the different concentration(0.6%,1.2%and 1.8%)of CaCl2 by using Xu Shu 18 as the material.The ecological response mechanism of plants to salt damage under the control of exogenous calcium was revealed,which provides a new theoretical material for the genetic improvement of salt resistance of crops.The results showed that when exogenous calcium is applied,the activity of SOD and POD will be enhanced.The specific performance is adding 1.2%CaCl2>adding 1.8%CaCl2>adding 0.6%CaCl2.Therefore,the rational application of exogenous calcium can relieve the damage of salt to plants.
