摘要
目的探讨18氟-脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)PET/CT对血管性认知功能障碍(vascular cognitive impairment,VCI)的早期诊断价值。方法对40例VCI患者(观察组)及40例正常体检者(对照组)行18F-FDG PET/CT扫描,在颞叶、额叶、基底节区、丘脑、小脑各区域左右两侧取不同层面划感兴趣区,比较2组各区域左右两侧各层面标准摄取值(SUV)及RSUV比值(各脑区SUV值/小脑SUV值),观察2组18F-FDG PET/CT显像特点。结果观察组各脑叶葡萄糖代谢不同程度地减低,左右两侧呈非对称性分布,摄取稀疏;对照组葡萄糖代谢均匀对称,无脑萎缩。观察组各脑区SUV值、RSUV比值与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各脑区SUV值左右两侧对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 18F-FDG PET/CT显像技术能区分VCI患者及正常者,对VCI早期诊断具重要价值。
Objective To investigate the value of 18F-FDG PET/CT in early diagnosis of vascular cognitive impairment(VCI).Methods The 18F-FDG PET/CT scan was performed in 40 VCI patients(observation group)and 40 normal subjects(control group).The regions of interest were drawn over different layers of temporal lobe,frontal lobe,basal ganglia,thalamus and cerebellum.The standardized uptake value(SUV)and RSUV ratio(target to cerebellum SUV ratio)were compared between the two groups.The imaging characteristics of 18F-FDG PET/CT were observed in both groups.Results In observation group,18F-FDG PET/CT showed different degree of glucose metabolic impairment with asymmetrical distribution and sparse uptake.In control group,18F-FDG PET/CT showed uniform and symmetrical glucose metabolism without brain atrophy.There were significant differences in SUV and RSUV ratio between the two groups,as well as in SUV between left and right sides of brain(P<0.05).Conclusion The 18F-FDG PET/CT can distinguish VCI patients from normal subjects.Therefore,it has an important value in early diagnosis of VCI.
