糖尿病合并抑郁症的分子机制及其治疗研究进展

Research Progress on Molecular Mechanisms and Treatments of Comorbidity of Diabetes and Depression

本文对糖尿病合并抑郁症的分子机制,糖尿病合并抑郁症的西药、中药及物理治疗治疗进行简述。认为通过调节HPA轴、HPG轴的功能以及控制炎症因子的表达有可能成为治疗糖尿病合并抑郁症的靶点,缓解抑郁症状,改善血糖水平。西医药物起效快,效果好,在临床上运用广泛;中药因效果温和、毒副作用小也越来越被重视。明确糖尿病合并抑郁症的分子机制,寻找更为完美的中西医结合治疗法,可为糖尿病合并抑郁症的临床治疗和相关实验提供依据。

In this review,we summarized the molecular mechanisms of comorbidity of diabetes and depression,as well as the treatments with Western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine and physical therapy.Adjusting the function of HPA axis and HPG axis and regulating the expression of inflammatory cytokines may be used as the targeted treatments for comorbidity of diabetes and depression,which can alleviate depression symptoms and improve blood sugar levels.Western medicine is widely used due to its characteristics of rapid onset and good efficacy.Traditional Chinese medicine has become more and more valuable for its mild efficacy and few side effects.Understanding the molecular mechanisms of comorbidity of diabetes and depression and looking for a more perfect cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine can provide a theory basis for the clinical treatment and related experiments of comorbidity of diabetes and depression.
