摘要
MicroRNA(miRNA)是近年来发现的单链非编码小RNA,通过与靶mRNA的特定序列结合,诱导靶mRNA剪切或者阻遏其翻译,从而调控靶基因的表达。许多miRNA都对肿瘤的生长起抑制作用。转录因子阴阳1(YY1)是锌指类转录因子家族中的一员,参与胚胎的形成、生长、分化和细胞增殖等一系列生理过程,且在肿瘤的发生发展中起到促进或抑制的双重作用。本文分析了miRNA和YY1在各种肿瘤中的表达和调控作用,以探讨miRNA在肿瘤中对YY1的影响及作用机制,且通过多种途径对miRNA进行改造来调控YY1,为肿瘤治疗寻求除手术外的其他治疗途径提供新思路。
MicroRNA(miRNA)is a single-stranded non-coding small RNA found in recent years.It binds to a specific sequence of target mRNA and induces target mRNA cleavage or represses its translation,thereby regulating the expression of target genes.Many miRNAs can inhibit the growth of tumors.Transcription factor Yin Yang 1,a member of the family of zinc finger transcription factors,is involved in a series of physiological processes such as the formation,growth,differentiation and cell proliferation of embryos.YY1 plays a dual role in the development or progression of tumors.This paper reviews the expression and regulation of miRNA and YY1 in various tumors to explore the effect of miRNA on YY1 and its mechanisms of action and to investigate the regulation of YY1 by transforming miRNA,which will provide new ideas for non-operative treatment of tumors.
