系统性硬化症并发肺间质病变发病机制与诊断研究进展

Advances in Pathogenesis and Diagnosis of Systemic Sclerosis Complicated by Interstitial Lung Disease

系统性硬化症(systemic sclerosis,SSc)是风湿科常见多发病之一,是一种累及全身多系统多器官的结缔组织病(connective tissue disease,CTD)。肺间质病变(interstitial lung disease ILD)是SSc肺脏受累的主要表现,是影响SSc患者死亡的主要原因。本文就SSc合并ILD的遗传易感性、发病机制、相关的生物标志物及诊断研究最新进展进行综述,为提高临床医师对SSc-ILD的认识提供借鉴。

Systemic sclerosis(SSc),one of the most common diseases in rheumatology,is a connective tissue disease(CTD)involving multiple systems and organs.Interstitial lung disease(ILD),a frequent complication of SSc,is the main cause of death in patients with SSc.To improve the awareness of clinicians concerning SSc-ILD,this paper summarizes the recent advances in genetic susceptibility,pathogenesis,related biomarkers and diagnosis of SSc-ILD.
