摘要
在经济法课程中,案例教学法的运用对于提升教学效果十分重要。研究经济法案例教学中的案例点缀法、课堂讨论法、学生提问法、讲授故事法、观摩庭审法等教学模型,并分析不同教学模型的利弊,重点分析经济法课程中案例教学从课前、课中到课后的实施流程。对案例教学法各个环节进行充分思考和研究,可使案例教学法在经济法等法学课程中发挥出最佳的教学效果。
The application of case-based teaching method plays important roles in improving the teaching effects of the course of Economic Law.Different case-based teaching modes applied in the teaching of Economic Law,such as case supplementing,classroom discussion,students’questioning,story-telling and court trial observing are analyzed in terms of their respective advantages and disadvantages,and the procedures for carrying out case-based teaching are illustrated following the stages of before-class,in-class and after-class.To thoroughly research all the stages of case-based teaching will help the method fully play its best role in the teaching of legal related courses like Economic Law.
