摘要
习近平主席提出的"一带一路"倡议正在积极展开,已经取得重大成就,其中贯穿着三个维度,各自有其自己的逻辑,在实践中形成了错综复杂的关系,对"一带一路"倡议的成功有重要影响。在政治维度中,最为重要的是大国关系的协调。在经济维度中,最为重要的是以经济发展促进这一倡议的长期成功。在法律维度中,应当重视通过法律方法来构建"一带一路"坚实的发展平台。三大维度各有特色,但又互相制约,值得深入研究。
The Belt and Road Initiative has witnessed great achievements. Closely inspected, the Initiative has three dimensions that follow separate logic and interact with each other, which has significant implications for the prospects of the Initiative. Within the political dimension, the harmonization of relations among major powers would be the key for the growth of B&R; within the economic dimension, business interests would be the critical factor for the operation of B&R; within the legal dimension, a legal approach would lay the solid foundation for B&R. The three dimensions all have their own characteristics and check upon each other, thus demanding serious efforts for research.
