当代乡村家族组织的分化与整合

Differentiation and Integration of Clan Organizations in Contemporary Chinese Villages

大规模社会流动前,因村庄资源匮乏,家族组织内部冲突时有发生。面对日渐凸显的流动社会,当代乡村家族组织呈现外向型、扩散式、现代性与原子化的演化趋向,并伴随着诸多行为"失范"。利用村庄精英的"自主整合"、国家政权的"介入整合"与信息网络的"虚拟整合"手段,重构当代乡村家族组织秩序,并在社会主义核心价值观的引领下实现"观念整合",以重塑当代乡村家族价值体系。

Before the large-scale social mobility,interior conflicts happed frequently in clan organizations due to resource scarcity in villages.Confronted with the gradually intense social mobility,clan organizations in contemporary Chinese villages began to show the tendency of extroversion,diffusion,modernity and atomization,along with many cases of behavior anomie.This paper suggests that we should utilize the“independent integration”of village elites,the“intervening integration”of state political power and the“virtual integration”of information network,so as to reconstruct the order and rebuild the value system of clan organizations in contemporary Chinese villages.
