我国沿海地区海洋经济与资源环境耦合协调发展分析

The Analysis of the Coupling and Coordinated Development of Marine Economy and Resource Environment in Coastal Provinces of China

本文在海洋经济与资源环境可持续发展研究的基础上,构建海洋经济与资源环境的测度评价指标体系,计算了我国沿海十一个省(自治区、直辖市)海洋经济与资源环境的耦合度与协调度。结果表明:(1)2000-2015年,我国沿海地区海洋经济与资源环境的耦合度大多数介于0.5-0.8之间,属良性耦合的初始时期;(2)2000-2015年,大多数地区的海洋经济与资源环境的协调度处于平衡稳定的状态,数值介于0.8-1之间,属于高度协调向极度协调发展,海洋经济与资源环境相互促进,协调共存。

Based on the study of the sustainable development of marine economy and resource environment,this paper constructs a measure evaluation index system for marine economy and resource environment,and calculates the coupling degree and coordination degree between marine economy and resource environment in eleven provinces and autonomous regions in China.The results show as follows:(1)From 2000 to 2015,most of the coupling degree between marine economy and resource environment in China's coastal provinces and autonomous regions is between 0.5-0.8,which is an initial period of benign coupling;(2)From 2000 to 2015,the coordination degree between marine economy and resource environment in most provinces and autonomous regions was in a state of balance and stability,with values ranging from 0.8 to 1,ranging from highly coordinated to extremely coordinated development,where the marine economy and the resource environment mutually promoted and coexisted.
