摘要 卓越医生教育培养计划是国家为提高医学教育教学质量所采取的一项重要措施。在借鉴了国内外医学教育教学改革先进经验的基础上,内蒙古医科大学自2012年开始,进行了全方位的教育教学改革,突出"以岗位胜任为导向、器官系统为基础、知识点衔接为抓手、实践能力提升为中心"的改革理念,同时进行了课程体系、教学方法和考试方式的改革;使学生早临床,多临床,反复临床,同时融入民族医学特色课程,从而形成内蒙古医科大学特有的卓越医生培养模式。 Brilliant doctors education and training program is an important measure to improve the teaching quality of medical education.Based on the advanced teaching experience from the domestic and foreign medical education reform,Inner Mongolia medical university has made a series of all-around reform and innovations in its education and teaching system since 2012.Highlighting the“Competency-oriented,organ systems,based on knowledge point of convergence for the catch hand,practical capacity building as the center of the reform concept”,at the same time,a vast quantity of measures were taken in courses system,teaching methods and examination forms as well,students early clinical,more clinical,clinical repeatedly,while incorporating national medical characteristics of the course,thereby forming a brilliant doctors training mode with minority characteristics.
