摘要
目的本文探讨了心脏急救的培训方法,为提高医学教学水平、促进临床技能教学改革奠定基础。方法将2015—2016年在大连医科大学附属第二医院实习的210名临床医学专业接受心脏急救培训的本科生随机分为观察组与对照组,每组105名。对照组进行传统心脏急救知识的讲授,观察组进行情景化医学模拟教育下的心脏急救培训,对两组学生在培训前后同时进行心脏急救能力考核及临床综合能力考核。结果心脏急救培训前,两组学生在心脏急救能力考核及临床综合能力考核的得分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);心脏急救培训后,观察组在心脏急救能力考核及临床综合能力考核的得分均高于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论情景化医学模拟教育在心脏急救培训中的应用可以加强临床基础理论、基本知识、基本技能的培养,提升医学生实践能力和团队合作意识,进而提高医学生心脏急救综合能力。该带教方案可行、有效,值得进一步探索和推广。
Objective We aim to investigate the training methods of cardiac emergency,in order to lay a foundation for medical teaching level and reform of clinical skills.Method A total of 210 undergraduates who received cardiac emergency training in clinical medicine in the Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University from 2015 to 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=105)and the control group(n=105).In the control group,the undergraduates were well informed the cardiac emergency training.In the observation group,scene based medical simulation education was given during the training.Then a comparison was carried out to the emergency training and clinical comprehensive ability.Results Before cardiac emergency training,there were no significant differences in the cardiac emergency and comprehensive ability evaluations(P>0.05).After training,the emergency capability assessment and evaluation score of clinical comprehensive ability in the observational group were higher than those of the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Scene based medical simulation education in cardiac emergency training can strengthen the clinical basic theory and skills,enhance practical ability and team cooperation consciousness of medical students.The teaching plan is feasible and effective,which deserves further exploration and promotion.
