改造烤烟房烘烤麦苗的工艺及其与传统方法的对比分析

摘要 对冬季闲置的烤烟房进行改造用于烘烤麦苗,并与传统方法进行比较分析,结果表明:一个长8.0m、宽3.0m、高3.8m的烤烟房经改造后,一次可烘烤新鲜麦苗约1000kg,免去翻麦苗的人力及成本,大大节省燃料成本和烘干时间,且麦苗产品色泽较好、营养品质较高。 The idle flue-cured tobacco chamber in winter was reformed to bake wheat seedlings,and this method was compared with traditional methods.The results showed that,the reformed flue-cured tobacco chamber of 80 m long,30 m wide and 38 m high could bake fresh wheat seedlings about 1000 kg at a time,exempt the manpower from turning wheat seedlings,its fuel costs and saved drying time were reduced,the color of dried wheat seedling products was better and nutritional quality was higher.
