RFID技术对制造业生产效率的影响研究——以五粮液集团为例

Research on the Impact of RFID Technology on Manufacturing Efficiency——WuLiangye for Example

RFID作为管理领域的新型技术,因其降低成本提高效率受到追捧,但对于生产效率提升效果的疑惑一直是许多企业无法推进这一巨额投资技术的障碍。制造业是RFID技术应用最早的产业之一,基于供应链流程较为精确的梳理了RFID技术在制造业中的功能,凝炼出其对企业生产效率的作用路径,选取使用国内RFID技术应用较早的五粮液集团为案例,使用超效率DEA模型分析测算2002-2015年五粮液集团效率情况,并进一步以RFID投入量为核心变量验证了其对全要素生产率的正向影响效应,结果还显示其控制变量中的盈利能力和滞后一期的政策变量也同样具有正向影响,而规模变量存在显著度不高的负向影响,技术变量效果不显著。

As a new technology in the management field,RFID has been sought after because of its cost reduction and efficiency improvement.But,it is the barriers to the enterprises confusing this huge investment technology that the effectiveness of the production efficiency is doubted.The manufacturing industry is one of the first RFID technology used industry.The paper accurately teases the function of the RFID based on the supply chain process,and condenses the influence path to the efficiency.Wuliangye Group is one of the earliest enterprises of using RFID.We choose it as the case and super efficiency DEA method as the model to calculate the efficiency of 2002-2015,and then we verify the positive effect of the RFID as the kernel variable to the product efficiency.The result also shows that the profitability and the lagged policy variables have a positive impact,but the scale variable is not.
